As Realtors we can see about 200 homes per year. I’ll bet in 20 years I’ve seen thousands. In regard to spirts or ghosts, I’ve never seen an entity and can’t confirm there are any. I’ve talked to fellow brokers who have told me horror stories and I’ve shared some of those over the past 3 weeks. I do think I’ve felt a presence many times. But I felt it over a 15-year period as a volunteer firefighter. I’ve seen more death than most could even imagine. I don’t know who was there with me when I carried a 3-year-old boy to the coroners van, the walk from the river took me over 5 minutes, but someone gave me the strength to do it. Someone was with me. I’ve seen horrific traffic accidents that couldn’t be duplicated with special effects from a top movie crew. I’ve had the last conversation with a person before they left this world 8 times. And all 8 times I never knew them before that fateful moment. I would think I’m a prime candidate for the unexplained. I don’t know why some spirits choose to hang out and make themselves known. I just know some people have experienced something that can’t be explained. Since I began sharing these stories, I have received more than 2 dozen stories from people who have had their own “experience”. Many say they never told anyone for fear of humiliation or ridicule. I get it, I really do. In 1981 I saw Bigfoot in the California Redwoods, to this day I only say a saw something I can’t explain. Besides if you know me…I really don’t need to give people any more reason to question my sanity.
