In Real-estate you almost never see a guarantee in writing. At the point you sign a listing agreement it is very difficult to get out of it. If you don’t know you’re Broker and you sign a listing for 90 days you are stuck with them for 90 days. The fortunate thing is most all the Realtors I know do a great job of marketing your home. Most people don’t know that when you list your home from the day I take the listing to the day it finally closes and you get your check that is the only point I get a check. If for some reason it never sells we never see a penny yet our expenses are still there.
