The third installment of Realtors haunted experiences. History: An 80 year old home in Welches. Neighbors report that a child has been heard screaming in this vacant and deserted house. Local police have received dozens of calls over the years from concerned neighbors. The child is believed to have lived in the home in the 50’s and disappeared one day without a trace. The Realtor who listed the home said he never heard a child scream. The only thing strange was what he saw in one room. In there was a small bed, a few toys and a dresser with cloths in it, those of a young boy. The seller said “I don’t know how those items got in the home” it’s been empty for 20 years but someone keeps bringing stuff back into this room, we don’t know who. This home drew the attention of “A Haunting”, it’s a T.V. series that explorers accounts of ghostly encounters. As Realtors we know how to deal with the bizarre, in reality we deal with it every day. For example, I was asked to show a nudist colony property in the nude. I’ve met clients at midnight so they could see how the moonlight shines in the yard. I’ve spent two hours in silence as my clients meditated in a home. I had one couple that insisted on staying the night before buying to see if it was haunted. Since I love haunted houses I told my wife my idea about specializing in selling those homes. After laughing hysterically, she said I heard you scream one night like a little girl when you saw your reflection in the mirror because the lights were out. I really think you should try something else.
